lifters single cam

have another problem now it holds back around 3 to 4 rpm

The tappets will be noisy because all the oil will be drained down, not too sure what needs to be done there but shouldn't be much more than careful running of the engine. Not sure what you mean by changing the hydraulics?

i have a 16i and its been standing for a year

the tappets are noisy the owner before me said it was quiet when he parked it up

do i have to remove the cam to change the hydrolics

also fitting a towbar this weekend am i right in thinking the rear bumper has to come off cheers terry
