Righty, due to a change in circumstances at work and home i'm regrettably thinking of selling my E30 M3 Evo11.

I'm having to use the car as daily driver for doing work and this is just stupid. I bought the car as my toy, to bring back to mint and use at weekends. Underneath is mint and interior too. I have bought 2wings and bonnet but have not had them fitted yet.

I cannot justify having two cars as funds would be diverting away from the M3 to run new car so I'm thinking of letting it go. I'm focussing on getting an E46 M3 and strapping a roof rack to it for my ladder for a laugh. Fastest ladder rack in Scotland. Workhorse during week and toy for weekend too.

Question is... Swatching through Piston Heads I see people asking for what I think is funny money for E30 M3's which are clearly not selling as they are in there for weeks and weeks. Are they selling at all and what is more realistic figure??

I would be advertising it on,

http://www.mobile.de/home/index.html#0

especially with current £ to Euro exchange rates, opens up a massive market for desirable, which the Evo II certainly is, cars.

What to put it up for, impossible to say with current information on your cars..... and only you know what you would accept for it.

what makes you think the E46 M3 is a more cost effective daily driver? they may be cheap to buy, but check the running costs before you sell the E30
E61 520d, slow and buzzy but my wallet likes the mpg.....

Value depends entirely on body condition and maintainance history. Please mail details to keithasheppard@hotmail.com, with photos if possible. I used to own a mint Evo II in Nogaro silver which I sold when I lost my garage a few years ago; always wished I'd kept it, particularly as it's now in Canada so can't get it back!

Regards

Keith

Hi Uwe, I don't think really it is cost effective. When it comes to it i'd probably go for a 330 tourer or something. Just think it would be great laugh having the ladders on roof of M3.Keith, just back from working on Tiree so i'll get on the case later.Alan.
