Work phones dont count.

I dont, I know I should.

Oooh, The machine of a dream, such a clean machine With the pistons a pumpin', and the alloys all gleam, When I'm holding your wheel, All I hear is your gear, With my hand on your grease gun, Mmm it's like a disease son, I'm in love with my car, gotta feel for my automobile, Get a grip on my .......

I had a Blackberry Javelin (8900) and never locked it. Got an iPhone 3GS now and don't lock that either - no one else uses it and I don't leave it around. Unlocking it all the time would do my nuts in.

I have a Samsung E1360. It was given to me free by orange when I lost my decent Phone. I'm PAYG so it must be a very cheap one.

So no I don't lock it.

My HTC uses a 3 x 3 grid where you create a (joined) pattern to unlock it

A great idea, but let down by the fact if you have greasy fingers, you leave your code on the screen

why bother? It'll cause you a lot of trouble if you are denied access by your own cellphone.

Mine is locked and also tracked by periodic phonelocator. If stolen and with a change of sim, it automatically sends a message to one of my other phones or mail to tell what the new number of the user is!! Very handy in my opinion.

I'm a great advocate of finger print recognition..no need for pins then :)
