I bought a 01 525i project car that someone had started to repair after a wreck.I've been collecting parts for the car that are missing. I have been trying to get all the intensive headlight washer system parts. My last piece I need is the hose that runs from the bumper area hose to the reservoir under the hood right side reservoir. My local BMW sold me a hose that does not look right. My car has two reservoirs, one under fenderwell and the one under the hood. The pump that was attached to the reservoir has a pushon hose and the hose that runs to the headlight squirters has the snap lock fitting. At the dealership we looked at a 2002 that looks right but was different. It had two hoses and one electrical line heading to the hood area, my car only has one hose and one electrical line. Can someone please help me to get this right. Thanks.

Well I answered my own question. After futher investigation I figured out what my washer system problem was. As I said, this car was a project and what happened was the hood was replaced with a used hood that did not have the intensive cleaning system. So the squirters were the wrong ones for intensive cleaning. I need the ones with two hoses instead of one, plus being heated. So the previous owner just cut off the hose at the pump and just left it hanging. Thanks for looking. Old car guy
