Hi Nick / chaps,

I would just like to tell everyone that Nick organises a very good track day at Croft. I've been to 4 of them now......and they are always well drilled and safe. They are awesome value.

So Nick.....I intend to come. I don't know what I will be driving as yet as I have sold both the M3's. I've just got myself a 2001 Boxster S. I think it will be handy on the track....just don't know if I dare take it on yet. Insurance might be an issue.
If I decide not to use it, I will try one of those Ginettas or 944 Turbos the circuit hires out.

Cheers,
John.

Nick - perhaps I can drum up some interest in sunny Scotland to make the pilgrimage down to Croft in '05..

Get in touch through the Scottish region site...

Speak soon.

Yes, I have places..
How many would you like?
If you need to stop over on the Sunday night, we all use the local hotel and keep his cellar man busy!
Let me know and I will e-mail the forms over.

Nick

the fame of your event is spreading...at this rate you will have people flying in from overseas let alone driving over 250 miles each way.

Well Deserved fame I might add.

Certainly it's the high praise that's done the trick.. BUT just found out my bro-in-law is travelling up from Nuneaton with his wife to be...on the off chance he doesn't fall down some stairs then I can't make it.. however if he were to have a little 'accident'...

Next year for sure.. get dates confirmed early & I'll drum a Scottish invasion force.. We also hope to elevate Knockhill to 'Better Driving Day' status over the next couple of years - and so you guys can then return the favour. Any advice appreciated.

Best

you'll be sorry you missed it.

You must get them to rearrange their visit for your own sanity (opps I think I might have got carried away there)

You probably already know that it is on a Monday so if they have to travel back on the Sunday night you could provide an escort part of the way

next year it is then Jon.

The date is pretty much predictable for Croft.. usually the day after the British GP.. apart from this year, as all the Croft marshalls and staff will be enjoying
corporate hospitality and will be in no fit state to look after us!

I'm sure to be corrected, but I think the guy from Exeter travels the furthest for his Croft track action.
