Jim I think you really need to use photobucket and use the direct links as I don't think you can upload photos on here anymore. This saves you resizing them as well as being easier. I'm sure Neil will confirm if I am right or wrong! Thumbs Up

 1. I think the upload to the forum has a limited space for you to upload, so if you have used all your allowance, then yes they won't load.
 2. Ensure that your files are not too large both in pixel size and file size
 3. Sometimes when you use the forum upload, the file does upload, but when you try to preview it, it crashes. Retry it again and have a look in the list of files and if your file is there, you won't need to upload it again. Just click on the filename and it should  work?
However, I think the preferred method is to use Photobucket or Flickr and host your photos on there.
In Photobucket, underneath the picture click on the code for IMG - you'll get something like ...

Copy the code, then paste into your post

HTH

If you upload to photobucket you can edit your pics within it and change the size. Common sizes to post on forums etc. is 600 pix on the longest side. Direct linking it into the forum won't slow things up either - although you must remember to set it so everyone can see it. Thumbs Up
