Bren,
I used this on my 316i a few years back and the improvement was great.You spray it into the manifold directly and keep the revs around 2000.Spits it all out the exhaust and she purrs lovely afterwards.

When you say "into the manifold directly", what does that mean? Do you put it in before or after the air flow meter?

Yep,after the air flow meter. There a distributor over here in Tipperary that stock it and will mail it to you.Check out www.10kboost.com.

Yeah after the AFM mate, you'll have to run it without it for the few mins it takes, its ok i didn't really notice much if any difference, but my car has been well serviced all its life.
