I wonder, does BMW listen to any feedback from their customers at all? I am referring to the design of the "new" 7 series, both interior and exterior. Here is the sales statistics BMW 7 series vs MB S class:

Clearly, the picture is not pretty. No matter what BMW internet forum one goes to, there are tons of negative comments about the new shape, etc. The reason I am raising this issue is that new 5 is about to come out, and if design will be similar to that of 7 series, BMW stands to loose a lot more customers... I am just wondering, does BMW marketing division gets together some "focus groups" to get feedback from their current and potential customers? How can we save BMW from themselves?
