Not really, since my car doens't have one! There are instructions in the owner's handbook, but they're several pages long, so I can't really type them out here. I might be able to scan the relevent pages at work and stick them on my website next week, if you still need the info. I've seen some people suggesting that you can get hold of handbooks on ebay. Perhaps you might get lucky. |

There is a good description of how the service lights work on my local dealer's website: http://www.dicklovettswindonbmw.co.uk/common_files/bmw_new_ci/html/do_you_need.html In case this doesn't work for some reason - green LEDs at startup count down to the next service, 5 to 1. When service is due, the orange light comes on, along with either, "oil service" or "inspection". If you keep driving with no service, red LEDs will light up to indicate service is overdue. Services are ordered: oil - inspection I - oil - inspection II - ... Every so often (either every 1 or 2 years) "inspection" and a clock symbol will light up. This means the brake fluid is due for a change. When I got mine, orange, red "oil service" clock symbol and "inspection" were lit up. I was expecting a big bill, but it turned out it only needed an oil service and brake fluid change |

I have just joined the site tonight having just purchased my lovely 325I SE. It looks and drives beautiful and is a great deal quicker than the company transport i have had recently. One question, lots and lots of electrical information needed, the car has everything except a users manual can i down load one or can someone let me have a listing of how to use the onboard computer? and a guide as to how the service lights work and what they mean. Thanks
