I've been looking for a local friendly forum for a wee while now and just stumbled here by pure chance.

I have a 99 528iSE that has had some minor modifications (or so the wife would think) and like most BMW owners enjoy enjoy chatting about all things BMW.

Anyway, just thought I would say Hi.

Mods: M5 Alloys, M5 Grill, Angel Lights, Celis Rears and clear sides...

rsimth

alright I'm like you just new to this lark, as you can see from my signature there is somebody else who likes the 5, I was beginning to feel left out.

No offence to guys that run and use this forum but I feel that it's too slow and not used often enough by its members (okay I'm a sad B****** with no life but my beast is my life).

I'm not trying to pry you away from this site but try www.bmwm5.com it works better for us old men with comfy trousers

regards

Stevie

Glad you found us :-) Pop down to one of the Scottish Region events - see the list @ http://www.newtongrove.demon.co.uk/bmwcc/e2003.html

Cheers,

Duncan

PS Stevie, doubt anyone would take offence. I think one of the best things about this site is just raising awareness of all things BMW. The Scottish region is working really well with http://www.bmwland.co.uk which is in turn working well with this site and http://www.e36coupe.com - no reason why we can't add http://www.bmwm5.com and umpteen others into one big network of contacts and enthusiasts :-)
