Does the club have a discount with any of the breakdown services AA/RAC etc? Just wondering as my AA membership is due for renewal and am always up for a better deal!!

Retro is the way forward.....

- if you get the right insurance, breakdown recovery comes free (near enough) these days. I get mine with my limited mileage AON policy this way. Haven't needed it yet on the 635 (thank goodness....)

I would be very weary of any recovery offered as part of your insurance, unless it was with AA or RAC.

I have used the AA privately since I was 18 (4 yrs) and can't recomend them enough. My dad has been a member since 1977 and he has no complaints.

For my company car, we now use the AA instead of the RAC. I just prefer the AA personally.

Well impressed with the RAC

I took my E30 to the continent last year and wanted breakdown cover. THEY asked if I was a member of a motoring club and promptly took 50% off the preminum.
