Anyone had their M3 Bimmer tuned?

If so, what did you have done and where?

I don't want to travel too far (max 100 miles) and I'm just outside Great Yarmouth.

The place i have come across (which looks like my only option) is

SCA International Race & Rally Centre in Norwich.  Anyone used this firm?

Interested in your responses.

Rob.

Hi

I had my E30 M3 done last year they were fine Speak to Gary who does the chip set up They fine tune the chip on the rolling road to optimise the performance. I have a freind who has recently had his E34 525TDS done as well... goes like a ****** rocket now

Yes! I would recommend them its about £350 for the proper job
Don't just bang a "superchip" in as this won't necessarily be best. I had three profiles done on the E30 M3 to get it right. Now it is just lovely and ever so smooth through the mid range

Hi Rob,

There are a few companies in and around norwich that specialise in tuning cars. Clive Atthowe is another tuning place down salhouse road which shouldnt be too far from you. They have a good track record for tuning and get quite a fair bit of bmw business as they are bosch specialists. They use superchips on a rolling road and tune the car as they go for the best results.

Give them a ring and see if they can do anything for you at a price thats right.

Where abouts near yarmouth are you, im in bradwell.

Russ,

thanks for your reply.

I am a bit dubious about Clive Atthowe though as i now a few people who had cossies and he didn't do a very good job on them.  I'll probably use SCA as i have many more good reports about them.

I live in Caister just up the road from yarmouth stadium on Thesera Park.

Did you go to the meet at yarmouth stadium a month or so ago?

I work off shore so am only here 3 weeks out of 6 so it makes attending events limited. If you know of any others that are coming up please let me know.
