Just as an update......

I finally got my bonnet resprayed this week and had the car machine polished etc. I used a local guy called Alan Logan at Alspray Ltd in Byker and I have to say the quality of his work is fantastic and at a reasonable price. So the stonechips and Bird S**t stains are a thing of the past!

I would have no hesitation recommending him... If you don't mind waiting! He is rather busy!!

Cheers

Well I guess that's what you call "Sod's Law!"

Late last night some drunken louts attacked my car with some For Sale signs they had ripped up!!

Nice newly sprayed bonnet covered in scratches and deep cuts from the nails..... Wing badly dented.... Windscreen smashed.... Oh I am GUTTED!!

So it's back to Alspray.... again!!

That's a bit of a nightmare. Do you park your car on the street?

No, it's a secure car park under my apartment block (by secure I mean you need an electronic gizmo to open the electric gates) However.... although you can't nick the car you can get in on foot...

It must have happened whilst we were out, as I would have heard the alarm....
