I have a 1996 320I convertible. Regardless of how warm the interior is the climate control continually blows hot air on the passenger side whilst the drivers side seems to regulate the temperature correctly. At the same time the fan speed does not alter no matter how low I set the temperature on the passenger side. The only way to alter the fan speed is by the fan control. Could this be the temperature sensor on the passenger side? If so how do I get to it? If not what could it be? Until recently it worked correctly.
