I have a minor problem which is looking like it could become a real pain in the ars3.

Has any of you, or anyone you know had any dealing with BMHeaven, RacerHeaven etc.?

I ordered a part from reiger, through these guys, on the 15th july. iwas told 1-2 week delivery.

ok.

emailed on 2 august as nothing arrived, and told the delivery was incomplete and will arrive following week.

mmmm, alright.

emailed 11 aug as still no news, apparently 'arrived that day and will be with you by the weekend, sir'

last chance.

friday comes and look! nothing still!

not happy.

tuesday this week, emailed, where is my part? (this response is priceless and a direct quote)- ' HELLO sorry we were struck by lightning splitter will be with you tomorrow'

@*!@!&*!!!!

wednesday, nothing. today, nothing.

Is this guy taking the pi55???

Have you paid for the item? If not cancel your order. If you have the tell them that if you have not recieved it with a certain time period, say 4 days, you will be contacting trading standards. Alternatively ask for a refund. Based on the recent weather it's not totally inconceivable that he was telling the truth about the lightning.
