Hi all I know Haynes don't do a manual (yet, here's hoping!) for BMW E39's and as someone else was asking about a manual for their older style 520, can anyone suggest a source for a technical manual for my E39. Its a 98 S 523iSE. I was thinking about buying the Haynes Manual for the Series 3 from 98 onwards as this would at least cover my 2494 lump. How much else would be relevant from this Haynes manual to my E39? Andrew ------------- Be exclusive and drive a Petrol 5 Series! Bentley have just released a service manual for the E39 5 Series  , not cheap at around £110 but this is for two volumes with over 2000 pages !.

I have just taken delivery of the Bentley E39 manual Two whole volumes, one of which is just circuit diagrams! I bought it off amazon.com (not co.uk) and paid £71. Amazon themselves weren't as cheap as the specialists comapanies they linked me through to. Arrived promptly too. |
