ok

having registered on the barry boy's forum just to read some of the awfull things they write about some of the modified cars in our country . myself and a few friends have decided to build the best barry boy car for a laugh . now i know some of you are too mature to do this yourself  but you might be able to give us some more idea's for a truely awfull mickey take vehicle .

 idea's so far are

an old 4 door car (preferably japanese and worth about £30)

cut springs with an angle grinder

hand painted burburry pattern bodywork

mdf bodykit and hooooge wooden spoiler

13" chrome look spinner hubcaps

fast and furious style graphics

10 x 5" exhausts randomly mounted under the rear bumper

a dozen or so old or cheap n nasty speakers cut into the rear shelf  running off a lovely old saisho cassete head unit

a fire extinguisher painted blue to look like a noz bottle with  garden hose attatched to look like the pipe work

we arent sure wot else to do with it ? any ideas   especially for the interior !!

undercar lighting... thats what you need, so you can light up the big puddle of oil you gat from smashing your sump on a speedbump, when lowering car by 6 inches

Mask the headlamps with insulation tape to give a sporty look (not very usefull at night, though you could get a 'batman' effect on full beam?

Rollcage made out of carboard tubes sprayed silver?

Baked bean can stuck onto end of exhaust pipe?

Lots of 'black light' tubes dotted around inside (ooo, earie).

Just a few ideas

what about

Blacked out rear lights

Seat bolted straight onto floor (so you can only see a pair of knuckles driving down the road)

Air horns

A mass of badges that do not relate to the car in anyway i.e. Supercharged, V6, Turbo, etc.

Just a thought.

You could be right! PBMW is known to show many offensive cars! That particular one made me embarrased to own the same make!! I looked no closer!!!

Mind you, he'd have to get an X5 to fit all those hookers in

Nah..the viper stripes were extended over the body of a Nova so the rusty bits could be held together...the vipers were often made to look like gaffer tape...come to think of it..it probably WAS gaffer tape

I wouldn't have one in the first place...that way I didn't have to try to lose it

The Nova can now be seen in many guises...usually as flower containers, tomato growing recepticles and garden sheds.....or in the front of a 4 mile queue of traffic being driven by a flatcap at 25 mph..can't see anything but the cap cos person behind wheels is very small..with the usual array of cushions and nodding beasts on the parcel shelf and the dream catcher dangling from the rear view mirror....

Flatcaps are know to me as 'Stiffnecks', usually seen on a Sunday afternoon, wearing said flatcap, accompanied by perm haired wife (with blue rinse)
Sometimes seen in a Rover Metro as well.

What about a set of 4 point harnesses? Bolted to the roof?

How about a sun-roof? How come nobody's mentioned this? Preferably crooked, to one side and towards the back.....

Then get a CB arial, so you can't cruise into any car park without hitting it off a barrier......

Tacky head light covers or even better home made ones with layers of tape.
