Our next outing is a drive through the Garden of Ireland on Sunday, September 19th. The last one was enjoyed by everyone and I hope to make this one even better.

Further info will be available closer to the day (expect to leave our chosen meeting point about 11, lunch in McDonalds* and then meander back towards the meeting place again), but I just want to gauge roughly how many will be there.

Also, if someone wants to help decide route, etc. give me a shout.

* if McD's is not available then another classy restaurant like BK or KFC will be chosen!

I'll be there too chappies . I heard on the radio today that the greatest number of men that seek penile enhancement are from Co. Wicklow . Thought it was relative , maybe not . And altough i'm living in Greystones i'd like to state that i'm originally a Dub .

Well if you want to catch sheep I suppose and extra couple of feet would come in handy?

Killian any more on times and routes yet and I think we can give the Golden Arches a miss as well a nice bit of pub grub would be nicer. Any dealers sponsering the event etc

numbers? anyones guess but I reckon there will be a fair few.

I have a few nice routes up my sleeve and am asking some others their opinion on them - you will kow in due course.

Anyway, may as well decide this now. We will leave the Spawell car park at 12 noon. Lunch (at around 1 to 1:30) will NOT be in the Golden Arches  but somewhere nicer!

I guess meet up about 11:30 in the Spawell.

Sorry to hear that Mike hope its not terminal and at least your warranty should cover any repairs, haven't heard of any problems with your type of engine but you never know. Good luck in dealing with the 'stealer' in getting it sorted. If you still want to go on the spin I have a spare seat if you can meet me. PM me if you are interested.

Great day, fantastic route the grub was top class and the company was the BEST all I can say is those who didn't make it missed a great day, no rain, dry roads and good scenery when you had time to admire it which was only when we stopped. Some lovely motors also. We realy turned the heads of the Sunday drivers and woke up the country roads and towns when the Bimmer Boys and Gal drove through their towns. Can't wait to see the pics.

'Carbon Black' what happened? Couldn't find Templeogue???????

email the pics to me mailto:bmw@kbannon.com - bmw@kbannon.com & I'll get them online for yis!

I don't want to take all the credit. Richie & Geoff helped organise the route. Also Steve did a stint as pace setter.

As was said, the weather was great (bit windy in places!), lovely scenery and nobody exceeded the speed limits or creamed the two kids playing on the road!

I was sorry that I couldn't trip round Wickla with you lads but was glad to at least turn up to Spawell and see some really nice motors and take a quick spin down to Baltinglass with you.  Would love to have been able to take to some quieter roads with you lot but I just couldn't wrangle my way out of another commitment.

Sounds like the rest of the day was a blast anyway!!

Hi Niall,

Sorry I could not make it,got invited to shoot on some land near Celbridge which means I can now shoot there whenever I want....you know how hard it is to get anywhere to shoot nowadays

I am getting my discs skimmed(on the car) in a place in Ranalegh today...slight wobble after the last track day.

Have ordered  upgraded anti rollbar brackets from Beastpower and greenstuff pads and braided hoses.....should be interesting!

Excellent day, really enjoyed the drive, lunch, and the immaculate condition of all the cars that turned out - they certainly turned a few heads in some of the 'remoter' towns in Wicklow!

Sue had a great day (which helps the cause) and was very impressed by the cars on show - showroom condition she stated. Now she wants to get the Z3 painted white/with m strips just like the 318is! - Hmmmm

Well done to all.
