bad timing, just spend few zoros on a new clutch, lightweight flywheel and pulleys!

Well, will just have to wait for the next one!

How do they compare to the spax, I think the coilovers are around 550.

Hi :)

So if anyone is interested can they post their model details...

i.e. e46 330, e39 M5 etc etc

Once I get the details of what we need I'll get right on the case of getting a better price.

Mike I knew that you couldn't stop the moddin after gettin the mirrors fitted, I hope Conlon's are not fitting the system if you get them because they are always ringing a mate of mine who works in another BMW dealership. Have to check the funds before I can commit to the group buy should know where I stand very soon

@ Topazman - purchased off of club member Barf in the UK. He had it on his for a few thousand miles, but is now setting his 328 up for track work only, so twas surplus to his requirements. stg£300 including shipping (around stg£900 new for the springs & shocks). It just arrived in the post this morning and tis as close to as-new as something that went on & off a car could reasonably be, shiny white springs included! Hope to have em on by the end of November (I've a new clutch to put in yet)

@ TJ

which clutch are you fitting in? I will be putting an E34 M5 clutch with a light weight fly wheel, car should rev a bit better and the clutch should last longer! Not a huge difference of price for the clutch, something like 80€ at GSFcarparts.

Where do you get it fit?

Posted By: T.J.
Date Posted: 26-October-2004 at 06:37

@ Ludo  -what are you driving yourself?

I'm just fitting a standard LUK clutch, pressure plate, & release bearing. A mechanic I know, who has gone into business himself recently, is fitting it hopefully this weekend.

Once I get the clutch & sussy work done, I'll start saving for getting the manifold job done sometime next year which'll liberate a few extra ponies. Problem is as I need to get the modified manifold over here, adjusted & fitted, and send my own back as part-ex, the car will be off the road for a bit, which is awkward as I travel a bit with work.

I don't know why more people aren't opting in for this. I mean this is just an example, but one guy is buying coilovers and an anti-roll kit. Together the order including delivery comes to 974 euro (e36 325i). The coilovers alone are 1500 euro here... In the uk you can get them for 1100. This guy is getting the anti-roll kit for free practically with change......

Although I got a friend who will propably take coilover for is Mcoupe!

Spoon, just to clarify, am I right in thinking the discounts don't apply to the sport-system kits?

Based on those discounts a Pro-Kit set of springs works out at about £73!! An absolute bargain.

Finally do these prices include VAT?

Ive got an E36 323 and if I was to go for any of these Id be wanting to drop the car alittle, I dont want to screw the ride up too much so what do you recommend>?

Hey Mike.I had an e36 318is and dropped it on the pro kit and the ride was fantastic afterwards. In all honesty I'd have like it dropped a bit more perhaps the sportline kit.Only problem is ramps then.
Here's a pic of it dropped on pro kit http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/9/web/429000-429999/429380_24_full.jpg - 318is

Spoon have you got a good response from this forum and when are we likely to see the products? what is the closing date for orders?, all I got to say that this is an excellent Group Buy that you are organising and from reading another Forum I see that Eibach UK are kicking themselves and as far a Guarantees these apply all across Europe where ever you buy because Eibach has to stand over its products because of the choice of purchase by the consumer no matter what person they buy from so Spoon nice one

Hey Spoon,

Looks like a great deal.

I am interested in the E30 M3 ARB kit, just a few questions.

Does the euro delivery cost get the kit to my address or to your location and i have to pick up from there? Also are there any UK import duties that these items will incur?

I'll be making a decision by Saturday PM is that going to be in time?

Cheers

Andrew

Hey Spoon,

If there is a good price for a '94 E36 316i SE then count on me too, you can shoot me an email to mailto:jojohn@anu.ie - jojohn@anu.ie to let me know in case I don't get back to the site in the coming days....definitely need shocks and springs now and this seems like a good deal.

John... your being too vague. What exactly is it that you are looking for? Springs? What type? Shocks?? ARB kit??

Take a look at the first post in this thread and it will link you to exactly what is available for the 36.

Alternatively take a look here but there is no prices. Choose BMW and your car etc and what you want.
