I am looking to remove my centre vents. What is the easiest way to remove these?

where do you mean,air vents inside  or outside ?.if its the ones inside a screw driver normaly does the trick.

The internal centre vents above the hazard switch and rear denister switches. I have had a little pry with a screw driver, but they did not sem to move and did not want to push to hard incase the y were fixed from the inside and damage the dash.
