hi folks

i have a rough idle on my 94 e36, it also stalls when you change up the gears or stuck at lights etc.

i have changed the fuel filter, lambda sensor, and plugs.

after cleaning out the idle control valve i noticed the plastic butterfly valve in the manifold is broken, is this a big issue? its built into the head, how can i replace it? a mechanic said not to worry about it

after cleaning the valve the problem is still the same, im thinking it might be the throttle position sensor?

its driving me mad....!

on a further note, can i get a device to hook a creative labs zen xtra to my pioneer headunit? rather than using a cassette adaptor.

thanks

ezza
