Hi guys,

 

Newbie here but not new to bmw i have a 530i too, Just got an E34  Convertiable i think its E34, Its H reg 1990 with electric roof.

However its not working, not a sausage totally dead, i can open it manually np with out using the alun key it says to use.But the body part that closes down over the roof does not clip in propely it just sits on the roof. theres a small catch on this inside with a little ball on an arm right in the centre this is not cliped on the the car body where the wires are coming off. Ive tryed searching for pics and pdf files for this with no luck.

Where do i start guys.
