Hello!

I'm thinking about waxoiling my 2 BMWs: a 635 CSi and a 3,3L Automatic. The 635 was resprayed 2 years ago, after some little stonechips ,a little damage spot due to a blind man parking his car near mine ,  the usual rust bubbles on front fenders between turn signals and wheelarch...( This car saw the rain after 17 years of carefully use only in dry condition, just a year of daily drive and rust woke up..)...The 3,3L is still "virgin": 1 respray 20 years ago, but no rust anywhere!(strange, very strange...At first sight I thought that the car was held together cause the paint just got harder...Anyway I'm lucky)

FOr the future I just want to rustproofing the money I've "invested",

so I was thinking about Waxoil: where can i buy it?Is it expensive to buy?Are there any online shops?

I bought , years ago, some stuff from Eurocar parts,so I sent one e-mail asking for it , but no answers about this product...

Thank You and best regards....

I think it is a very good product, but you need to be sure the area you are spraying with it is very clean, as it will seal any dirt in !

We can buy it at most accesory shops in the UK, both in black for under the car, and clear for inside sills etc.

I imagine Italy as being a tad dryer than the UK, so perhaps there isn't so much of a demand over there.

I'll do a search for you.

When you come to spray the car don't dilute the waxoyl with thinners, put the can into a bucket of very hot water.

This thins the waxoyl for spraying but it thickens up again as it cools.

Get into as many box sections as you can. If you car has the trim strips along the sill you can drill out the plastic fixings & spray into the sill. I would get new fixings before you destroy the old ones first!

The base of the A-pillars is a place you might want to get to as well.

Good luck.
