Appears that the various authorities governing television advertising have been deluged by complaints about the Crazy Frog ringtone adverts on telly. Have to admit they are more than a bit annoying and even more so when you hear them on a phone....(mentioning no names Rhys  ).
Anyway the authorities have said they have no power to stop the ads showing so many times during the day as they only govern the content and not the timings. out Dance variations for exactly the same reasons that made "infamous"

Its not successful.. I have three kids. They all love it. That is who jamster are trying to appeal to, the younger people, if my phone just goes brr brr, I'm happy. Good way to keep fit that!!!! Get your ears around http://www.badgerbadgerbadger.com - this one (no good without sound Ally I'm afraid) Very amusing and a refreshing alternative to that ANNOYING FROG. Incidentally I first saw the 'crazy frog' about two years ago on a website. It was a picture of Michael Schumacher's F1 car, and the tag line was that it was a recording of MS lapping some race track. The sound was slightly different, and it was clearly just a person with a microphone, but it had my flatmates and I wetting ourselves with laughter. This version is just marketing spam. i hate that frog so much if he wa real id quite happily get the animal cruelties changes foer making that little ******* frog suffer they have a ****** dragon thing and a bear aswell. jamstar should be closed down I suggest you take a look at our forum guidelines, especially the bit regarding language. -------------

I like the 'badger' one, it's been around for years and is very funny IMO. If I could find the original cartoon they nicked the crazy frog from, it was hugely amusing too. Shame we all hate the flippin thing now! I found myself standing in the shower this morning going 'badger badger badger badger badger badger badger badger badger badger badger badger...mushroom mushroom.....' over and over for about ten minutes. I hadn't heard it for about two years and this brought it all back to memory. Better than the frog anyway. I actually have yet to encounter anyone with the crazy frog ringtone, but if I do I reckon I won't like them very much. The worst ringtone I have encountered recently belongs to Tommy aka Shorty, sounds like a pair of baboons getting frisky. Fairly disturbing, as I'm sure some of the Scottish lads would agree! It was my Brothers birthday yesterday...He had a BBQ and Beer to celebrate. One of his mates is Fanatical about The frog and arrived wearing a Crazy Frog T-Shirt (And printed BOTH sides) There are Photos to prove it... I'm gonna get hold of them. Probably burn them afterwards but I'll endeavour to show you guys the type of person that the frog REALLY appeals to.
