It wasn't the horse itself; it was what the horse was doing......

Then again, maybe the reference to the Provisional IRA didn't go down well either.......

On the chevettes forum we started a specific thread for stupid stuff, aptly called 'stupid corner' where anything (within reason) goes. Such has proved  the popularity of this feature that we now have an entire section of the forum devoted to it. Moderation is easy because everyone respects the freedom given them, and so very rarely step beyond the boundaries.

Its often called the 'lounge' on other sites too. Every site should have one, cos humans can't be stiffies 24/7 (stiffies as in boring old wotsits btw)..and I spose that goes for the odd horse too

160+ pages might be fun...if we can tape Nigel's fingers together long enough and lose his red pen too....

Lets see if the 'good old days' of a year ago can be restarted on here, where everybody..including Killian in high heels and a pelmet....joined in and had a bit of fun, a bit of a giggle and caused total mayhem and hilarity every night....

Though I guess that pics of nude neighbours and hugging horses might be a bit erm...iffy...maybe

lol @ making people feel guilty!!!

they were sooooooo annoying, thanx for taking them off.

as as far as having fun yeah your right we use to have a laugh until it started getting stupid with these stupid babyish words some come out with, half you cant even understand what the person is talking about!! at least with this thread you can keep it all on here and not take over other sections with drival, the problem wasnt people having fun it was just taking over space on the site!!

stop arguining about it and have fun on this thread

Ah but I haven't taken them off altogether, they can easily be reinstated..with a click of the mouse

And as for arguing..well we shall leave that to those who wish to do so...we have a totally different type of argument here..as we did on the original thread...usually at old Ivan's expense which he didn't mind and he didn't go crying to anyone....(mainly cos there was no point as Nigel and Killian were joining in too)...

hey-ho 160 pages here we go

No wonder the price of choccy bickies has risen so much..

And as for 'misfits', well I guess anyone with a daft sense of humour on a serious site could be classed as a misfit...but hey...nobody is perfect...

Still trying to define what 'close to the line' might be in the piccy department...and I do wish Niggles would turn off his cloaking device for once....anyone would think he was a Clingon....mmmm..ok...maybe a cuddly Clingon, then, perhaps

What would be the fun in making this thread like all the others...

This one is for letting the hair down, chucking the toys all over the floor, stamping the feet and generally letting go of all inhibitions....

Speaking of nonsense, as I often do. Riddle me this.....

I managed a complete burn-out of a mountain bike tyre whilst travelling (btw, it was the front tyre?) This was done without the use of  naked flame or incendiary devices how did I do it?k

Maybe this should be on the riddle thread???

There is a very dozy holidaymaker outside trying to park a car. The car is too big for the space but do you think the driver will give up?

Oh no, he just belted the rear end of my neighbour's Saab instead.

The sun has got to the brains of the holidaymakers again and they not got a clue how to park a car....

Seeing as I won't actually be sitting on the saddle (which weighs all of half-a-kilo, and is about the size of a postage stamp), I fail to see where these friction burns will be.....

Do not tempt me, Ivan

Its small enough to vanish when sat on then?

trying very very hard to keep this clean here....

You've been there before, then.

I don't have enough hair to get any irritation ... and besides, race breeches are lightweight nylon, so they repel most things, including horsehair..... *smug smile*

In years gone by, I have ridden topless. Not a pretty sight; one of my riding instructors gave up shortly afterwards to train as a jeweller

Thats German for 'Perverse' apparently.

Its a huge teddy on display in Zurich, its a dominatrix.

Not sure how Nigel will like it if I pasted the pics onto here, sadly there isn't a linkable thingy for them.
