Hi Bulldog,

my son uses a bodyshop guy in Rotherham, although it was for an astra SRi, if thats any use. He does all the bodywork jobs for Perry's the Vauxhall dealers in Rotherham.

If its any good to you I will find the details

If you can come up with the details that would be great. I need to find someone fast as I want this car back to its original condition. I'd just bought it and was returning home when I was hit, considering I'd only spent the last six months looking for it I wasn't best pleased with the bloke that caused the accident.

Bulldog,

My son has the guy's phone number, no invoice as it was near his holiday, if you see what I mean),

Call Craig on 07885 845466

He is located at Hillside Court, Barbot Hall industrial estate, Parkgate, Rotherham.

All I can say is that we would use him again. There is a servicing place opposite to it called John's Auto's - dont be tempted to use them.

Good Luck and have a good weekend

Taking my "new" (picked up wednesday. R reg 840Ci to Woking today)

Cheers Henners

I went out on a bodyshop hunt this morning and came up with one quite local and they always seem busy. Nipping back monday to talk to the head honcho, although a bit ruff n ready they seem to know what they're on about and are genuinely interested in the older stuff. However, I'll give craig a ring on that number and probably drop in on him on Monday if he's about to see about a quote.

Hope the run in the 8 goes well and it isn't spoiled by to much traffic and watch out for any van with Telewest Broadband on it, as it was one of those that creamed me on the "maiden voyage".
