Please help, The petrol gauge on my 316i is busted(after being parked uphill for 6 hrs). I have just being told it will cost me in excess of £380 to get it fixed. they say it also needs some codes from a BMW dealer. I dont know if i am being taken for a ride(forgive the pun). Can anyone give me some pointers on the cheapest way of dealing with little problems like this one. there are other things like electric windows, door handles etc. etc help. -------------  2emeka
