Anyone up for a mini-meet somewhere in Dublin or nearby next week?

This would be to facilitate the following:
- meeting
- distributing oil
- having a laff
- oogling over richies latest mod(s)

May i suggest wed night (20th july) at say, Jonny Foxes pub, 8.00pm?

Very much open to other suggestions also Arms Out

Paul

Hi all here is my own route from the N7 to Johnnie Foxes

Take slip road for Saggart. Through Saggart. Next uphill twisty bit(fun if you have power). T junction with N81 Turn left. Into Tallaght pass The Square. Take Right at next traffic lights.Through next lights. Turn right into housing estate. T junction go Right. T junction go left(this is right of way). Another fun twisty road. T junction go right. Next junction go left. Next junction go right. Another twisty bit will bring you to J. Foxes.

That road into the housing estate is actually the R113!

Foxes is a bit out of the way and the parking is crap there especially with all the tourist in their rental cars who can't drive or park properly and then there is the Ceile Music and the roads around there are boy racer roads and them little buggers like to cut it fine around corners. I don't think anybody is drinking so whats the point in meeting there how about somewhere with a large carpark and is central for everybody ( I know I didn't purchase oil )

I'm easy really, lets just nail it today so as people have a chance to decide if they're coming.

The options so far are:
1. Jonny Foxes
2. Arc Bar, liffey Valley
3. Spa Hotel
4. Spawell
5. Poitin Still
6. Citywest hotel
7. Bewleys newlands cross

Realistically somewhere wes-side would prob suit more peoples...

Pain in the a@*% missing tonight, have a six month old son
who just cut his first two teeth and needed his Dad! Mum has
been at home all day and went to the New Dundrum Centre
when I came home, she arrived back @ 9.30pm so I figured
that it was too late to go then.

Reallly sorry that I missed all the trading!!!!

Good turn out lads....one of the best so far I think..15/16 cars.

I have photos so will try get them up here this evening.

@mark,stephen & Ultan...Nice to see some new faces in attendance.

@Lord Vader...I'm still convinced that "scratch" will buff out with some meguiars and elbow grease.

You know you want one richie. Shame I only spotted the thread at 9.30pm last night - texted Ken, and it sounded like you were all packing up to go. If I had have gone - we could have made it 4 E36 M3s

Hopefully this could be made into a monthly thing ?

If my first BM meet is anything to go by, then I'll pay life membership.

As has been said before, good to put faces to all the name's.

Thank's to Robbie for that clutch stop. Car feel's perkier now that I don't have to wait ages for the clutch to engage. Some tweekin' still to be done. Best €20 ever spent.

I'll second the sight of 3 M3's, some sound.

Looking forward to the next one already.
