I hope we have a good turn out for this event. It could be one of the better events if we get the numbers, especially as Capital Cars are making the effort to accommodate us, and the prize(s) are also very good.

Got to get my damn car ready... hope I can get some time to give it some TLC. Damn wheels are is pretty bad nick tho. Gonna see what I can get done.

You will be seeing these 2 cars though... might just get the company to pay for all the prep since both cars have a company badge on the back.

No I don't work for BMW, we just had our domain name made up in a badge.

Hi Diarmuid
Thanks to the excellent service of my main dealer it has all been sorted under warrantee.
They took the car in about two and a half weeks ago and stripped the engine.Found that the rings on the last 2 cyclenders were worn and caked with oil but luckley no damage to the cyclender or head.
Picked it up today and it is going like a dream.
So I have to keep an eye on it for the next 1000 miles but hopefully that is it.
Just on another note a lot of people slag off BMW main dealers in Ireland as rip off merchants but I have to say I could not have been treated any better by M and G
HAPPY DAYSArms Out

I tend to agree there Jimboh.  Dealers typically aren't cheap but my experience is that they generally provide reasonable value for money.  That's a subtle but important distinction.

Cheers Lads
Seems to be going a dream funny thing is power also seems to be up.I suppose having 2 extra pots might have somthing to do with it.

Had a bdand new E60 520 Sport while my baby was away and I have to say that up to this I have not liked anything about the car but the body styling of the sport along with the 18in M wheels realy make it a much better looking car.

Quote The winds will ease gradually on Saturday. The heavy rain will continue for a time on Saturday across much of Leinster and Munster, but will die out further west and north. Sunday will be dry with sunny spells and light winds.
