Does anyone know a place that sells that sticky clear plastic sheeting stuff that goes between the door(and rear quartes), and their associated interior trim pannels.

Available from your BM dealer (it has a part number, though supplied as a roll). A BM or good bodyshop should help you out with a small off-cut.
