Hi There! I had a beautiful Atlanta Blue Z3 for 2 and a bit years but had to (very) reluctantly sell it in January due to the impending birth of my even more beautiful son! I traded it in for a 'sensible' 1-Series but now that my husband is about to take delivery of a 'sensible' family car (an M3 ) I'd like another Z3 before we have another baby and whilst I can manage with 2 seats. My husband (foolishly) challenged me that if I honestly thought that I could manage on a daily basis with a Z3 and that I could get one for a straight swap of the 1-Series I could have one. Well, I proved my point as the pushchair fits in the boot and I learnt how to travel light but with the essentials when I had my first Z3. I found a beautiful specimen (Topaz Blue, blk leather, heated seats, Harmon Kardon, electric hood...) but we were concerned from a safety point of view with a child in a roadster so I let it slip through my fingers

My question is....is there anyone else out there with a child seat in a Z3 (we're thinking of getting the BMW one) and what are your views on taking a little one in a roadster?
