they probably would, to them a nick is a nick at the end of the day, it makes the crime clear-up stats look better ("chalk it up!") its much easier than catching robbers and murderers, it's a shame that a difficulty rating isn't attributed to the statistics so we can verify what we suspect (whoops, freudian slip

You could always collect the rubbish, ship it over to Co. Wicklow, and dump it there. After all, that's what the Irish themselves do -------------
