I was thinking of updating my brakes on a 635 highline . I was looking for E32 750 Master Cylinder and E34 540 discs and callipers all around but have been offered M6 Discs and callipers. Does anyone have any experience with this and which do you think would be better ? If I went for the M6 option would an M6 Master cylinder be better than the 750 ?

I am about to upgrade my M6 with the 750 master cylinder.

I think you would be fine with either master cylinder but the 750 apparently gives better feel with less pedal movement required.

M6 rear brakes are the same as 635 anyway

I find the front M6 brakes perfectly adequate for hard street driving.  Never experienced fade.
