Any local body/ paint shops recommended in or around Moray/ Inverness-shire, perhaps west of Aberdeen? Not for full resprays but good with dealing with the odd splitter, spoiler, making things fit, and so on?

Regards,

I would also be interested in an answer for this, more Aberdeen mind you. I've got a Aero Dynamic bodykit still to be sprayed and fitted on my Z4.

if u want the colour to match i wouldnt recommend alan murdoch my bonnet respray was horendous altho when i picked the car up it matched cos of the rain on it but once it dried out it was a totally different shade

however i agree stephens experience was a good one but i think that may be down to friend of a friend

to be honest ive tried 4 different paint/body shops in moray and been dissappointed with them all, however TJ paints fitted a bodykit for me and did quite a good job altho i fear the paint flaked off a little too easilly on the front bumper but the fit and finish was top notch

I bought a car from TJ, he gave it a coat of white and blue flick paint, the job was ok but I think he could have have done better.  Maybe he was just being a bit rough because it was his own car.

On the matter of bodyshops, does anyone know of a decent one around glasgow/ek - i have a light yellow 323ci coupe with a scuff on the rear wheel arch, drivers side  (courtesy of some idiot who reversed into me in a carpark and left the car - no note or anything :-(, usual story, want a decent job but not got loads of cash to spend so cant afford dealer prices

when a guy bumped the rear of the m3 we took it to alan scott near banchory, hes ex bmw sprayer and a fab job he done on the rear and the schnitzer window spoiler, which i got told by another bodyshop that the spoiler was faulty, and was nothing to do with the shoddy paint they sprayed on it!!! the m3 will be going back to alan in the spring to get the whole car touched up,he does work on great cars, when i was there carpark was full of tvrs bmws mercs etc,

if anyone wants his number il easy get it for u.
