Hi Guys Dont know if you can help here , I test drove a 1998 323i with the full M TEC kit on it, When driving this car i found when you hit a pot hole or a drain cover the car seemed to dive to the left , its a bit like a dodgy rear shock absorber but they seem ok. Just wondered if this was a standard thing or whether the car has a problem. Your comments would be welcomed Thanks Paul

should be in 3 series tech forum, but never mind! not a common fault i know of - i would suspect geometry settings, or a broken/soft spring perhaps, assuming it wasn't just the camber of the road you were on? -------------

If it was one of the last E36s then could be wear on the lower ball joint.
