just a quick question

is the haynes workshop manual for the 3 series any good, i notice alot of you talk about cd's off of ebay.

Haynes isn't great - possibly worth having. However, it is nothing when compared to the Bentley manuals.
You can also get the BMW TIS - an instruction CD that many folk sell on ebay but you should be able to get (including postage) for less than a fiver!
