What can i do to stop my drivers side electric window stop sqeaking when i open it. Its very annoying and very loud!!

It must be something to do with the rubbers, but surely its not designed to have such a close grip and practically stop the motor when you open it. Does anybody else have this problem?

Any hints or tips would be usefull....

How olds the car?

Im guessing the rubbers hardened which is causing the squeak , if thats the case there probably beyond a rubber treatment application...maybe new rubber time..

if the windows moving really slow could also possibly be the window mechanism, could do with a good clean & re-greasing

hope u get it sorted
