Help, assistance & not a small amount of patience required for this forum virgin.

Having removed the optional winter hard top in eager anticipation of the forthcoming british summer the power hood is not working. Not a single murmor from the motors.

The only problem the car has (up to this point & my knowledge) was the annoying fact that it has not been possible to use the remote control to secure the car. All that happens is a repeating short beep & the lights flash until I push the remote again. It is however no problem when using the old fashioned method of a door key!!.

All fuses & relays seem to be OK.

Any suggestions? Other than take it to your local BM dealer???
