Hi, I have an E34 520i SE, 1994, which has done 120k. It has been idling roughly since Christmas. To start with it was erratic , but for the last six weeks it idles roughly all the time. It also used to stall, but does not seem to do so anymore, maybe because the weather has warmed up? I've had the ICV changed, all the hoses checked by three garages including BMW and the all say there are no leaks, the diagnostic says there is nothing wrong with the car, I've put in 10 lots of STP fuel injector cleaner, the fuel tank has been flushed, the fuel filter has been changed, new spark plugs, full service three months ago. Hope someone can help. Thanks, Dave |
