Hi All,

Can anyone please advise, I have a 2-liter petrol E46 Touring 2001, is it normal for the heated mirrors to be on all the time? Even when you do not have the demister switched on.

On the E36, the heated mirrors are on as long as the ignition is on, I presume it's the same on the E46.

Thanks for the info Beemerboy, I had thoughts of it being some control unit & going into Rydale BMW and costing me the price of a small house.
