Its wet, greasy, and we are wearing R888's, lets do it ....

A nice collection of E30 M3s on a wet lap on Stickies, actually they gripped quite well on the nice greasy surface, eh, Kev (Mr Payne). Yes I saw you sneaking up on me in my Rear View mirror - not sure where you came from!!!!

Did you drive over on the 888's? Did they wear down much?

No, I used road tyres for the trip there and back but some of the other guys DID travel on their R888s and had no problems, the ring seems not too bad on tyre wear but that will depend on how you drive and how many laps you intend doing, but personally I would always take both sets just in-case, also if driving through bad weather then you may be grateful for your road tyres.
