Naming and shaming seemed pretty well covered in t'other thread. Another thread was just overkill not to mention downright abusive. We reserve the right to move/remove any post which breaches the forum rules. -------------

I always deal with Fairbairn's in Irvine as i'm local to them and have always received good service there but i'm on first name terms with a couple of staff there which i think always helps. ------------- F22 Estoril Blue M235i |

Just a bit!
Not all dealers are bad. I've got Cotswold in Cheltenham trained now so always get the best discounts available, and R Sterns of Worcester will even deliver my parts to work for me - foc!
