You have PM mate.

Folks - if you're interested in this, please get your names down ASAP. Shorty has to work with the organisers well in advance of the actual event to make sure everything's all squared away.

Wouldnt mind going but at 10 quid entry and 10 quid for passenger they can poke it (especially as you have to put up with MC To55er in the fantasia trailer all day, add on 30 quid fuel etc blah blah..... i'm not tight, but 20 quid is cheeky as f*** (IMO)

Sorry rant over

That Lloyd, my friend ,is why we live in a democratic country . Freedom of choice ! It may not have been your "Cup of tea " but why put others off ? This is a post for people who wish to show an interest in coming along .

O.k so it's  £10.00 to get in, which i must agree is a bit much as you are putting your car up for show , also   you need to listen to "D.J Numpty " on "the Fantasia stage " , but hey ! it's a social thing , meet other car clubs/enthusiasts & a day out e.c.t .

Hey guys,

Would really have fancied it, (especially the babe watching) lol but my car isn't to show standard this year, maybe next but will probably come along as a spectator and bring the boy.

Good luck to all who do decide to attend and I look forward to seeing you all there. I'll be lending my support etc.

Shorty my intention was more public service than putting off , folk who havent been should be made aware of what is there . If it wasnt for the mad MC i would be tempted as my daughter loves chav cars  ( i tried and failed to show her the error of her ways)  . there are  some sweet rides there , even on the xr owners club ( south african xr8 mmmmmmm) not to  mention the germans. could be a great show if it wasnt caterered to soley for young boy racers

In fairness, FnM never make any pretences about what the show's about. You'd be in no doubt whatsoever what it's all about having seen any of their marketing...

... or NeRo's piccies

I might me up for this.

It costs more than a tenner in certain gentelmen's clubs up here for a quick swatch of a scantily clad (so i'm told) so 10 quid for all day sounds like a bargain!

will we need a bat to ward off the drooling neds?

I thought I had my name down for this and sent a cheque yet my name doesn't seem to appear on the list?

Can some explain? If if been bombed out I'd like to be told why.

To be honest I'd be pushed to make it as the touring is gettiing MOT'd tomorrow and my leaking sump is getting worse so I'd probably need to see to that before Sunday.

Youv'e not been "BOMBED OUT " your place is still there , but you did indicate that you may not make it as you were selling the car . I sent you a P.M message on Sunday ( as i did to all the other guys ), which you did read & did not reply too ?

So your place has not been given away it is still there , but i await your reply to my message

TBH we need to know now so that we can arrange a replacement. 15 slots at a show this size is pretty good so we need to be seen to be filling them all.

TBH I would have thought the show would be the perfect shop window for your car? Get it down here - not least so that us central belters can see it in the flesh

We had a brilliant day, thanks to the BMWCC comittee for allowing us to fill the slots as reserves. David took loads of pics as usual, here's a few that I particularly liked

Like a lot of the guys, The Manta was in my favorite 2 cars of the whole show but I recon this was number 1 (for me anyway)

Well thats my report done except to say, one of the things that I thought about during the day was the amount of time effort and money that went into preparing that amount of cars for the show that week. I for one appreciate it.
