Greetings from Dave's co-driver!

Yeah, it's a tongue-in-cheek homage to priesthood, thats for sure - but hell, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis played an alcoholic ex-racing driver and degenerate gambler in the movie!

Love the Father Ted/furry dice idea! Keep them coming - your sources of inspiration will be rewarded in heaven!!!

You can get light weight floor jacks. Better than that piece of dung you get from BMW. I don't have one in my car, then again I don't have a spare wheel.

At the moment all advertising revenue is only going to be industry related. I have been relieved from advertising duties also, I am only allowed to bring in money not spend it.

Nope... no spare, E46 M3 has no spare either nor the new E60 M5. The exhaust take up the space where the spare wheel goes.

You will notice your spare wheel is located slightly to the right side. Because of the quad exhaust we don't get one, instead we get a crappy M Mobility kit.

Yes but I am guessing the Honda Civic has run flats. We don't, but also in addition to the M Mobility kit M drivers get lifetime BMW assist.

Duct tape when you run over a cow. insulation tape if you need to tape up electricals.

If he had not thought about the girls and drink already then it really does not matter to him.

I was watching cannonball 8000 last night the cars were stopped around the corner from the hotel in munich first thing in the morning breathalising and checking insurance/docs. after that they were stopped on the road 100 miles outside munich. one car got through but pulled in for petrol and was collared for the same. seems like a wild weekend.

ContiSport Contacts are pretty good.

Or Michelin Pilot Sports.

Goodyear EAGLE F1 are the daddymack.

Anything ZR rated should do the trick - as we'll be tonning it for a whole week in them...

You can but them online form a few places, have them delivered to a local fitting centre - can save you some pennies......

  • Tape... electric and all the other types you might need.
  • Halon fire extinguisher.
  • Belts, god forbid one broke and you don't have a spare, they are cheap. Stop looking down at your pants.
  • Tyre pump, you can borrow my M mobility kit if you don't have one.
  • Tyre pressure gauge, I have one as well if you need it.
  • Umbrella. Don't laugh, last year at the ring I was the only one who brought one and suddenly I was everyones best friend.

That all I can think of at the moment... I need sleep.

The pressure guage on a compressors are worthless. Even a cheap €15 one from Halfords will be much better. My M-Mobility kit was out by 0.2 bar or 3psi.
