I have a set of 850 alloys and they have started to blister. The rim is a slightly different finish to the x-spokes. The rim also has laquer aswell.

Firstly is this correct? and second does anyone know of someone who could refurbish them?

cheers

Can't help you on the finish

However, check out www.wicked-wheels.co.uk   I've never used them myself but looking at their website the picture of a BM alloy appears to suggest they may be upto refurbing your alloy wheels.

Cheers Phil

The x-spokes seem to be fine, just the rim that needs attention.

If you get them done I'd be interested to know who and for how much.

I have the original turbines on mine and they are ready for an refurb. If the missus would leave her credit card alone for a while I may try wicked wheels!!!

The x-spokes seem to be fine, so just need the polished parts done. I know of a place that send them away for £25/wheel. As this maybe more specialised might be a different price. I'll pop over on Wednesday to get her view.
