There is plenty parking on a sunday as the surrounding units are mostly council owned and they dont work Sundays

as seen on the left of this picture

There is a car park at side of units as well as a small one at the rear and some spaces in front, but there is ample parking on the sides too,so when you arrive just find a space that does not obstruct any business that may be working on the day (Prob Rude Signs and a guy that make small race cars)

I have to go out early doors to set up the food and possible Gazebo and Polished Bliss Flag Poles (If not windy) So will just see you out there

The plan for the day is (This is just in my head BTW):

1.Raffle-This will be getting drawn first to get it out the way

2.Hand over the Cheq-As soon as the trainer arrives with puppy the cheq will be handed over and they will leave i would imagine

3.Rich will talk thru the process of the detail while Clark does the last part,we will stop for some snacks, and i guess Rich will keep talking about products etc, with plenty time for Questions

Plus of course the usual general banter that goes on at our meets

There will be sandwiches,Sausages rolls,Crisps and cans of pop hopefully out side in the gazebo

Please note this is FOC and first come first served

Nope as believe it or not they are not allowed to wash cars there

and they all have to be washed inside a thing(see below) and water then gets pumped into a big drum,so its far to time consuming for that to happen i am afraid

If you guys leave early enough tho there is jet washes at Stonehaven BP and Shell as advised earlier in the thread or there is one at the shell garage in Bucksburn

Gee and myself it would seem at the moment, we haven't picked anywhere specific to meet as I was going to head round to his and onwards. There's no reason why we can't pick somewhere though. Where abouts will you be in Aberdeen?

Pete

When do you need to confirm numbers?

The Mrs is away at a Hen weekend then is working Sunday backshift so I'm half thinking about heading up for a snoop.

When does it finish?.....so that I can head back down the road and sit in the traffic jam at Castlecary arches.

If I was heading up I'd meet the troops at Stirling Services.

Will ask permission from SWMBO.

Andrew

Well the start time has been in the details for the past 3 months Lol

It`s 1300pm

Rich wants to be finished by 1600pm

The earlier you get there then the more chance you have in getting involved in the following

Raffle

Food

Handing over the cheq to Guide Dogs

Possible press photo`s

Demo and discussion on the detail that is getting done to Dereks car

and then there will be product reviews as i will imagine some will want to know whats best for there cars ect and givin a chance to buy products

Plus the usual general banter that goes along with meets

so i would say get there as soon as you can and enjoy the day

Its a good 2 hours drive from Stirling to Aberdeenshire + around 45 mins to Kintore
