Hello all, I'm new to the forum and decided to join as I may be soon the owner of my first BMW. The car in question is a 2001 525 SE. I have a query concerning where do most people get their cars serviced. The car I am looking at has 82,000 miles on it and so will be due an Inspection 1 service at 90,000. How much does an Inspection 1 service cost and can anyone recommend a dealer/specialist to do it in the Kildare area? Hope to speak to you all soon. Keith. |

Welcome to the forum Keith good motor to start with. depends on how much you want to spend and have the original BMW stamp in the book means to you i personally go to a indi/specialist to get the work done on my car. Welcome along Keith. 525's are nice cars. I'd recommend a good
independent specialist rather then a main dealer. IMO you'll get better service, better price and the car work will be done properly. Where abouts in Kildare are you?
