Thanks to Stevie for arranging today's Glasgow meeting at the Ashoka - a good curry always goes down well.

An odd day weather wise, one minute glorious sunshine, the next chucking it down with rain - then we even had hailstones.

A great turnout (20 cars) - including some 7 Register members.

Adam - did you enjoy your first meet?

Mr Teddy was ready for his curry

Yes, I certainly did.

It was great to meet up with fellow BMW enthuisiasts and eat a great curry.

Looking back at the photos above I wish that I had taken the time to straighten my car up...

Oh well, there's always next time and I do intend to attend more of the meetings throughout the rest of the year.

Cheers

Really enjoyed the day despite the weather ! Thanks to Stevie for organising. Small turnout of 7s, but we actually had a 728, 730, 740, and 750 - so a good range! If you were there early, you would have seen the big 750iL of one of our 7seriesRegister guys , all the way from Blackpool, who 'just happened to be passing by'  !!

We'll have to try to make more meets this year.

Cheers guys,

JP

Don't worry Nero, I did that for you, I even got Dunks chariot in aswell !!

There wasn't really any need for photoshop editing of the number plates

523 Ian arrived, parked next to David, Paul and I (same car) and had a wee blether. Johns wee lad didn't believe me that it had been "snowing" well slushy hail really.

Roll on the summer !!

On a more serious note, we had a great day, thanks to all involved as usual. The trip home was horrendous weather wise. I did however enjoy the wee blast in Pauls E30 when we got back (so that is what a limited slip diff does eh ?? )

Can anyone tell the main subject of the photo below ?

Is it the shiny M3 ?? er no........Gary, Loving the lights on the Touring mate, really transforms the front of the car, now for a set of M parallells and M5 front bumper eh ???

Great to catch up with you all again folks, a good meet in terms of numbers, but not for the weather!! Not to worry tho as it was still great, Especially since Derek said he'd take me and wee Gary out for a spin in his CSL at the next meet!!

Cambell, Cheers for the wee shot of your 5, I did enjoy that!!

Looking forward to the Next meet tho, as I'll be able to leave it 12:58 and still make it in time!!

Paul.

Nice to meet you. Nice car and colour also.

The 750iL was simply stunning. I could have hidden the kids and the wife in there and no one would have found them before I left the country. Hmmmmmmmmmm maybe time to sell the M3
