Purely a curiosty question here, but does anyone know much about this car? It seems to have been in the stock of just about every dealer in west Dublin at some point over recent months, including some where it was massively out of sync with the usual stock of the dealer. It may well be owned by a small private dealer who is letting all his contacts have a go at selling it for a commission I know a guy who does just that with lots of high end stock. Maybe or else it has a dark history Mick ------------- Cheers Mick

This car has turned up again. It has been bought by a friend of a friend... Small world and all. I have yet to set eyes on it but I am now interested in its History. The guy who has bought it wouldnt know if it wasnt good.... he would only see the badge and colour... such a waste... :( I will be making inquiries (spelling??) Mick ------------- Cheers Mick

Keep us posted, I'm intrigued to hear the full story. Wouldn't mind knowing the ballpark final price too. The prices seem to have taken a bit of a tumble of late and a 20k gap between a main stealer price and the one at Richfords tells a lot - dealer 20k below the specialist! I seem to recall that my local dealer had one similar in colour, etc. to the one your pals pal bought in their showroom for a while. Update on this car.... You were all right to be suspicious..... Turns out this car was on a car transporter when the transporter overturned and went on its side off road into to a field and ditch.... Its unclear how much damage was on the car but I wreckon its had alot of paint.... :( Used value cant be good. ------------- Cheers Mick
