Troops,
The club has set aside 25 spaces for us at Gaydon again this year. As in the past couple of years, we have been asked to provide marshalls. Thanks to the 4 volunteers who've put themselves forward already; another 4 would be ideal. So who's coming? Please add (Marshall) beside your name if you're going to help out. It may also be worth adding (Friday) or (Saturday) to let other folk know which day you plan to travel down. The convoy is open to all. Only BMWCC members may display on the Scottish Stand. 01 : 02 : 03 : 04 : 05 : 06 : 07 : 08 : 09 : 10 : 11 : 12 : 13 : 14 : 15 : 16 : 17 : 18 : 19 : 20 : 21 : 22 : 23 : 24 : 25 : Cheers, Duncan -------------

Hi. Where does everybody stop overnight. Is it an each to their own thing or an organised hotel/campsite. I'll be looking to have another E36 by the end of April at the latest but i'll hold off adding my name to the list just now. If the stand fills up i'll most likely go down for a look around anyway. OK kids, time for a wee update :
The Club Office will only be handing out passes to folk on this list. I sent a list recently to confirm names although a couple were incomplete as you haven't all put your real names into your forum profiles. Club Office will check against the list I sent and if you're on it, sell you your ticket(s) and send on your Scottish pass. If you're not on the list, they will contact me before sending a pass. If you're a marshall then you get a free ticket. Marshalls so far are : Peter Cormack Peter Skene (Scottish Stand) Gary Morgan Davy Mulheron Stevie Connelly Tommy Buist Isabelle Phillips (Scottish Stand) Onno Heinrichs We need 2 more marshalls to help out with general marshalling. Last year we worked 2 shifts of 4 rotating every 30mins so you can still buff your car / grab food / drool / etc. Marshalling was pretty much done by noon. Who else is up for this? If we get more than 2 more volunteers then so much the better. Every little helps -------------

We still need 1 more marshall to help out with general marshalling. Last year we worked 2 shifts of 4 rotating every 30mins so you can still buff your car / grab food / drool / etc. Marshalling was pretty much done by noon. Who else is up for this? If we get more than 1 more volunteer then so much the better. Every little helps -------------

Hi troops, i'm going to pull out of this i'm afraid. My on-going restoration is taking way longer than i'd have hoped. Got shiny new brake callipers fitted at the weekend, fuel leak getting sorted this week, trying to source an Evo11 interior then to throw a lick of paint on it. Thought it would be done way before Gaydon but i've not got my finger out. So my place is up for grabs, sorry but hopefully the car ready for next year Alan. |

Right guys... which of the 2 reserves gets my space on the stand? I am not going to have the car on Scottish region stand for reasons that will become apparent when we meet at Bothwell on the Saturday! I suppose Alanm3bmw gets it if the email trail is correct!
